THE COLLABORATIVE
CPHC was founded as a collaborative so that all available resources could be brought to bear on one national priority: the health and healthcare of communities. The members set aside personal and professional affiliations to focus solely on health systems enhancements that flow value to populations.

We believe that the voice of the Community is a resource for our Clients. It provides a perspective that mitigates ‘trial and error’ engagement strategies, more often leading to impactful deliverables and activated consumers.

Our team of Collaborators have experience working for public, private, and government health institutions as well as a passion for seeing health consumers realize their roles in shaping their health interactions.

THE COMMUNITY VOICE
Our engagements focus on the population served by the Client. When we refer to a Community, we speak of a population of individuals with a shared lived experience. That linkage could be disease state, disability, geography, or any other commonality that allows for the aggregation of their voices.
We endeavor to bring their experience to the forefront so that they feel tended to and the Client can discern between individual anecdotes and sustained trends.
PARTICIPATORY ACTION RESEARCH
A great deal of research in the health and healthcare industry is conducted for scientific benefit. We believe just as medical research can change the course of patient’s lives, rigorous evaluation of patient opinion and experience can be transformative.
By focusing solely on the health and healthcare industry our Collaborators establish a long-term commitment to collaborating with communities in need of health services and seeing the patient perspective become instrumental in all facets of the industry.
