EARNEST DAVIS JR., PhD
PRESIDENT
"The social contract of health is imbalanced. Our health system will evolve when absolute health, as defined by science and society, is informed by the amplified voice of patients and communities."
My identity starts as a husband, father, and patient. My training as a healthcare administrator, community psychologist, and researcher add to who I am. I have a 15-year history in hospital and physician practice executive roles and served as President of the Chicago Health Executives Forum. Yet it was my own experience with an illness and the arduous road to recovery that led me to Community Psychology as a discipline. Seeing so many correlations between the tenets of CP and the documented shortcomings of the healthcare industry, I formed CPHC to study and enhance health system institutions from the perspective of the Consumer.

Having been a patient and a healthcare executive, I ask that every Client, Collaborator, and Consumer approach each engagement with the uniqueness of an individual patient and the continuous improvement mentality of an administrator. Each collaboration uses empirical patient data to inform immediate change and build capacity. Activated consumers are an asset to our Clients, and more importantly, to their own health.
MEET THE TEAM
CPHC Collaborators bring experience from all facets of the healthcare system. What unites us is a common goal of capacity-building, both for the Client and the target population.
We have an extended group of subject matter experts (SME) including behavioral health, legal, pediatric, epidemiological, strategic, and payor subject matter experts. Contracting with CPHC provides one point of contact to all these professionals and their combined years of industry experience.
